Indira Gandhi International Airport (often referred to informally as Indira Gandhi in conversation or IGIA in writing) is the major international airport serving northern India and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
Location
IGIA is located at Palam (and, indeed, the domestic terminal is still commonly referred to as Palam Airport), on the south-western outskirts of the Capital Territory near the border with Haryana State.

Facilities for disabled people
Although the airport has a special needs page (found via a tab on its main airport facilities page), it’s not terribly informative, with as much information devoted to unaccompanied minors as to passengers with disabilities. And although disabled parking spaces are available, they’re charged at the same rate as other spaces.
The onus appears to be on airlines to provide assistance to passengers with special needs. We therefore advise you to contact your airline well before arrival at Indira Gandhi (whether by air on arriving in India or by land on departing from it) to ensure that they have arrangements in hand.
