Copenhagen Airport
Copenhagen Airport is the main international airport serving Copenhagen, Denmark and the Øresund Region. The airport handles 60 airlines and serves 21.5 million passengers a year.
Location
The airport is located at Kastrup, 8 km (5 miles) south of Copenhagen city centre.
Travelling from Copenhagen:
Take the Amagerbrogade and Amager Landvej southwards out of the city. Just after the Øresundsmotorvejen, turn left onto the Indenrigsvej and carry on to the airport.
Travelling from the north/west:
Head towards Copenhagen and join the Motorring 3 (E-47/E-55). At the Avedare interchange take the E-20 Amagermotorvejen eastwards towards the airport and the Øresund Bridge.
Travelling from the south of Sweden:
Head towards Malmö and bypass the city on the E-6/E-20/E-22 anti-clockwise, then follow the E-20 over the Öresund Bridge. The airport exits are just on the Danish side of the bridge.
